Sorry I haven't posted in nearly 2 months!?
Had a hectic few months with College, work, family, medication and uni stuff! xD

Completed my FMP & began an accessory project working with a local designer, JD Cruz. Enjoying this whilst preparing for the fashion show!

I've got into University of Northampton to do Fashion (with printed textiles) beginning September 2016. I've also managed to sort a Halls of Residents & Student Finance! Feel like its falling together, just waiting about DSA now! :D

I started Tecfidera on 19th of April & had my 1 month blood test today. Only had a hot flush rash on the first day & an upset stomach a few times, but nothing major so far!! *fingers crossed*

Thursday, March 24th

Sorry I haven't been able to post all week! Been busy with my FMP deadline at college so when I've been home I've just wanted to sleep or play games.

Gotten really into The Sims Free play & like that you can go off & leave your sims to it! Its soo easy to play!

Been feeling rather off today, got a headache too. Think I'm nervous about my injection tonight & how I'm going to deal with working tomorrow!? :S

All I can do is try sleep well & take paracetamol & ibuprofen and hope for the best! :)

Saturday, March 19th

Sorry I didn't post yesterday, was a very busy day for me!

Woke up at 6:30am & was off into town at 7:30 for work at 8:30, was nearly work work to realise I had forgotten my shirt... Had to drive back home to get it...

Worked 8:30am till 2:30pm, it wasn't overly busy but enough to keep me unbored! I went home after work with the intention of continuing some college work, but ended up spending time with my parents.

At 6:30pm I had some home made curry & decided it was time to start getting ready to go out. It was my boss' 43rd birthday & we were all invited for drinks in town, I only intended to spend a few hours out! I didn't drink alcohol as I was driving but loved getting all the gossip that can be difficult to talk about in work hours!

Aaron, my boyfriend (1 year & 2 1/2 months) came and joined us after he'd got back from his MK friendly in London, was nice to see him! Me, Aaron & Chloe (my best friend & colleague) left around 10 to head home, I dropped Chloe at hers & took Aaron home! Got back to mine at 11 & went straight to bed & fell asleep! Must've been tiring for me as I slept through till 7:30 this morning!!

Friday, March 18th

So yesterday was an odd day for me, my thighs hurt after my Avonex injection. I tend to find the lower the injection is in the leg, the more it hurts!

I went out a 9am and did my usual shopping, & popped to see my Grandma at Parkinson's Charity Shop where she volunteers. I used to volunteer there as well, did every other Saturday for 5 years (age 12-17) apparently everyone still asks about me! :')

This took me to around 2pm and really tired me out so I took an hours nap telling myself that I would do some college work when I woke up, I didn't do any! Whoops! xD

I felt better after I slept! I also had a hot relaxing bath, with candles & light off! Soo relaxing, I laid with just the candles for light for 20 minutes, then had to do the usual washing! xD

Medication

Had confirmation that I can swap from Avonex to Tecfidera!

Been having trouble with Avonex pen injection & become reliant on my mum to do my injections, which won't be sustainable in the long run. I had a slip up with my 3rd self injected dosage, and it knocked my confidence out the window & to Australia I think! Made the decision to change from the once a week injection to a twice daily tablet. I think both have there benefits & their down falls, but got to see what works for me!

Had my Avonex tonight, Thursday is my injection night currently as I don't have anything that needs doing on a Friday! Its the most convenient at this time.

Thursday, March 17th

Had a moment of fatigue today during college. I found that I just had to stick my headphones in, close my eyes & lay my head down on the table. I stayed like this for about 20 minutes.

My college lecturer didn't seem too bothered, she knows how I can get, especially as its been a busy few months!

FMP is due in Tuesday, just the last little bits to do now! A few annotations and a page a primary research completes my sketchbook, finish writing in my visual diary & finish writing my Evaluation!!

Wednesday, March 16th

Okay! Its official! I have been driving Civvy for a year now!!

Civvy is my 2002 Ford Fiesta 1.3 Flight in silver, she's a little banged up on the outside but still runs as smooth as can be! Loved her she has got me soo many great places! :D
Only £35 to fill up too xD

Tuesday, March 15th

Today is a day back at college, I'm a second year studying Level 3 Fashion!

I'm currently in the last stages of my FMP (Final Major Project) my project is a collection of relaxed garments inspired by "fragile & shattered".

I love college & the work involved but can find being on my feet all day very tiring, luckily I've mainly got sitting down stuff to do! :D

Grampy

I find myself thinking about my grandad a lot recently. maybe its because its just got 10 years since we lost him? Or maybe its because I've found we had a similarity other than our big blue eyes!?

My Grampy got diagnosed with MS back in the 70's/80's when he was in his 40's, Doctors gave him 10 years of life. He wasn't dependant on a wheelchair until the 90's & I can even find photos of him with sticks playing with my older sister!

In ways I wish he was still here for me to talk to, but I'm glad he no longer had to suffer. In his last years he couldn't talk, chew, walk, use the loo or even support himself. I'm glad to have known him even though I only remember his worst, I'm glad I've been prepared for what may come.

Monday, March 15th

Today whilst 2 hours into my shift at work I found myself shaking without reason to do so, it wasn't that "I'm shaking so badly I cant do anything" kind of shaking, it was hardly noticeable inside muscle kind of shake!
I had this before but have never been sure whether it was down to my MS or not!
I've found having a drink tends to settle it down.

Sunday, March 13th

Today was one of those days where I looked at the clock & just wanted to not have to be anywhere, but it is a Sunday & I had to go work!

Once I was there I felt a bit more energised of course (with the help of Relentless!), 5 hours later & my shift was over! Served nice people & people who just made me want to cry, but that is just working in retail! :)
